Refund Policy

At we, we work hard to keep our customers happy by providing the very best products from top-rated brands. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, get permission to return, and return within 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it with photos of the product within 24 hours, guaranteed to be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [info@babyanimal.shop]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return tutorials, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

And we didn't supply Free Returns, if you arrange to return the item(s) you purchased, you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us within 7 days of signing for the shipment with a photo of the product so that we can assess the problem and correct it at the first opportunity. After 7 days, we are unable to confirm if the item is damaged by shipping or man-made damage, and the customer needs to bear the burden themselves.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. We also do not accept refunds for items that were destroyed because the courier was unable to deliver them due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for return shipping charges initiated by shoppers who use our unadvertised product features as a subjective reason for a refund. so please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Resend
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the guest will require the guest to pay shipping charges again in order to provide resend service.


if the order is destroyed due to overdue processing, the consequences will have to be borne by the customer, and the store will not be compensated.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. Please be aware: We cannot accept any personalized products for refund or exchange unless the mistakes were caused by our employees. There is a slight difference in the color displayed by different display devices, which is a very normal electronic device display difference, which is not a product quality problem. Indoor lighting also affects the colors you see.
